The Bowen Island Yacht Club is a friendly, family-oriented club which has provided a sail training program for over 20 years. All BIYC staff are experienced, trained, and certified by the Canadian Yachting Association to offer CYA accredited courses. Learners enjoy quality sail instruction in a fun and safe environment. Come sail with us and experience the exhilaration of learning to sail!

BIYC is looking to grow its programs and expand to meet the needs of our community. In addition to our tried and true sail training programs, new this summer are the Optimist Levels 1 & 2; greater flexibility for Whitesails course dates; and the Adult Learn to Sail saturdays. Please take a few moments to complete our BIYC community survey and tell us what you think! Community Survey
